Fall Training Program 2017

Welcome

Welcome to the Fall Training Program 2017 !

*** Starts October 16th ***

We are proud to offer our 9-week fall training program again this year.

Players will be run through drills that encompass all aspects of this great game, including fielding, pitching, hitting, base-running and various games to improve our tools!

This year's WRSSBA Fall Training is overseen by Jordan Broatch, Program Development Coordinator. Jordan's main responsibility is to promote a positive learning environment where youth have an opportunity to enjoy baseball while experiencing new skills and coaching by our group of impressive baseball instructors.

Instructors

The following instructors include former players and current coaches within the White Rock Tritons high-school program here in our community.

Kyle Dhanani – Played four years of college baseball and was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers. We are thrilled to have Kyle back for his 2nd year with us as the players really enjoyed Kyle as their mentor!

Josh Sigurdson – Former White Rock Triton and college player in El Paso, Texas. Josh is an all-around strong athlete that played multiple positions at the provincial and college levels. As a top of the line-up threat he will able to teach our youth how to be power hitters at an early age.

Sean McGuire – Former Triton and college pitcher at Graceland University, Sean will be returning for his 3rd year within our training program. He will primarily work with pitchers during the sessions while also specializing in defensive ability.

Reed Lavallee – Reed is a new instructor to our group. He recently finished his professional career as a catcher for Trois-Rivieres in the Can-Am league. Before pro, Reed was a starting catcher at LSU Shreveport for his college career. Reed will oversee all our catchers development while also supporting our young hitters.

Frank Ingram – Frank is a three-time All-Conference CCBC Pitcher of the Year as a player at Thompson Rivers University. He then helped coach the TRU program as an assistant for two years. Frank is the new head coach of the JR Tritons program and we are thrilled to have him join our instruction staff!

High Performance Program

We are offering our high performance program again this year for the players with more experience. Access to the high performance program is by invitation only. Coach Broatch will be sending out invitations prior to registration. A players who registers for a high performance session without an invite will be moved to a different session. If you have not received an invitation but would like to be considered for the high-performance program, please contact Jordan at jordan@kustomkore.com.

Gold Program

The Gold Program is for players who want to train two times per week. This program is only open to players invited to the high performance program.

Registering for Multiple Sessions

To ensure that all members get a chance to sign-up, we are capping registrations to a maximum of two sessions per player. If you want to attend more than two sessions, please contact Jordan who, if space is available, will accommodate you near the end of the registration process.

Session Size and Cost

Session size: Maximum of 8 players per session.
